Level 1 Reiki Training: One Day Workshop

This Reiki Level 1 training is an immersive 5-hour experience designed to introduce participants to the foundational principles and practices of Reiki healing. Throughout the day, attendees will engage in a combination of informative instruction and interactive activities, with breaks thoughtfully integrated to allow for reflection and relaxation. Participants will learn about the history of Reiki, the energy systems of the body, and basic hand positions for channeling healing energy. Importantly, the attunements, which are essential for unlocking the practitioner's ability to channel Reiki energy, will be conducted in a personalized 1:1 session following the group training. This approach ensures that each individual receives the focused attention needed to enhance their connection to the Reiki energy and fully embrace their healing journey. Additionally, a supplemental handbook developed specifically for this course will be available for purchase after participants complete their registration.
